¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the first informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

02.07.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.096 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Rendhar, District-Jalaun.

¶3Learned AGA states that photographs on the sale deed, upon verification, was found not to match that of the vendor, although, the vendor is not traceable, since long.

¶4Thus, the allegations in the first information report of the sale deed, having been executed by an imposter is prima facie, borne out.

¶5Under the circumstances and since the allegations in the first information report contain the ingredients of a cognizable offence, the writ petition is dismissed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to apply for bail/anticipatory bail.
