¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 02.11.2022 registered as Case Crime No.243 of 2022, under Sections 354, 504, 506 IPC and Section 9/10 POCSO Act, Police Station-Sonaha, District-Basti. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
