¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 26.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No.601 of 2022, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Azamgarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
