¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the impugned first information report dated 18.05.2023 in Case Crime No.190 of 2023, under Sections 376D and 509 IPC and Section 5/6 POSCO Act, Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned AGA has submitted that police during investigation has excluded the name of the petitioner from the list of accused.

¶4Under the circumstances, nothing further is required to be done in this writ petition.
