¶1Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today, is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

31.07.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0158 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 392, 452, 354-B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 427, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Kidganj, District-Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj).

¶4The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the parties have settled their differences and have entered into a compromise, which have been reduced to writing.

¶5The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties may produce the said compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same and, thereafter proceed strictly in accordance with law. Order Date :- 30.11.2023 Mayank High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
