¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 11.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No.426 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 447, 420, 467, 468,, 471, 308 IPC, Police Station-Friends Colony, District-Etawah. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.
¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
