¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the first information report dated 04.07.2023 in Case Crime No.553 of 2023, under Sections-406, 384, 506 IPC & Section-66-B of Information Technology Act, Police Station-Kavi Nagar, District-Nagar (Commissionerate Ghaziabad).

¶3At the very outset, learned AGA has stated that the police after investigation has filed a final report in the matter exonerating the petitioner.

¶4In view of the statement made which is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition.
