¶2Learned AGA is present for the State Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents for conducting investigation of Case Crime No.119 of 2022, under Sections 323, 452, 304 IPC, P.S. Syed Raja, District Chandauli by any independent investigating Agency namely Judicial enquiry headed by Hon'ble Retired Judge of High Court, Allahabad or Special Investigation Team or Central Bureau of Investigation after taking back from the U.P.C.B.C.I.D. within a month. Petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents for making payment of compensation of Rs. One Crore to the petitioners for custodial death of Nisha D/o Kanhaiya Yadav.
