¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned court below to consider and decide Case No. 2901 of 2023, Computerized Case No. D202302030002901 (State vs. Mohd. Nazil) under Section-5(A) of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 arising out of Case Crime No.88 of 2023, under Sections-3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section-11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections-419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Tharwai, District-Prayagraj, within time stipulated by this Court.

¶3It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has made an application dated 06.05.2023 before District Magistrate, Prayagraj for release of the vehicle bearing No. UP 22 BT 1443, which is becoming junk day by day, but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to court below to consider and decide the aforesaid application expeditiously as early as possible, in accordance with law, subject to full co-operation by the appliant, if there is no other legal impediment.
