¶1Instant withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the applicant supported by an affidavit of Abad Ali with a prayer to dismiss the instant application under Section 482 CrPC as withdrawn.

¶2Sri Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the instant application may be allowed and original application filed under Section 482 CrPC may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶3Learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 and AGA have no objection to the prayer as made by the learned counsel for the applicants.
