¶1Heard Sri Virendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report, in Case Crime No. 152 of 2021, under Section 3 (1) of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activity Prevention Act, 1986, Police Station Sindhora, District Varanasi.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has already bee filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
