Abhishek Yadav @ Puttur Yadav, initiated from Criminal Case No. 1919 of 2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 48 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r) & (s) Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Balua, District Chandauli as well as the cognizance order dated 19.10.2020 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
