¶2Shri V.Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Learned AGA for the State respondents are present.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 26.04.2022 registered as Case Crime No.123 of 2022, under Sections 363 IPC, Police Station-Chiluwa Tal District-Gorakhpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
