¶3This petition has been filed seeking a direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 12.02.2018, registered as case crime no.0031 of 2018, under Section 302, 301 IPC, Police Station Jareef Nagar, District Budaun.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
