¶1Under challenge in the present petition is an order dated

31.5.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kannauj in Original Suit No. 380 of 2023 (Smt. Prema Devi Vs. Udaibhan and others) whereby pending consideration of the application 6C, an ad-interim injunction has been granted in favour of the plaintiff.

¶2In case, the petitioners are aggrieved by the order impugned, it is for them to move an application for vacating the ad-interim injunction or, to press for consideration of the application 6C. It does not appear from the order-sheet that any objection or written statement has been filed by the defendants.
