A short counter affidavit has been filed by Mr. Chandra Kant Tripathi, Advocate on behalf of respondent no. 4. It is taken on record. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that she has got the due death-cum-retiral benefits amounting to Rs. 33,43,385/- under different heads of entitlement and also granted compassionate appointment on the post of the Assistant Manager (Jr. Grade-III) in the establishment New India Insurance Corporation Limited. It is expected that the petitioner shall take care of respondent no. 4, who is her mother-in-law and mother of the deceased employee-the petitioner's husband. In case, there is any negligence in taking care of respondent no. 4, it is open to respondent no. 4 to pursue her remedies, in accordance with law.
