¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 16.09.2020 registered as Case Crime No.820 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act Police Station-Izzat Nagar, District-Bareilly. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
