¶2Learned AGA is present for the State Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 16.06.2020 registered as Case Crime No.358 of 2020, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and under Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station-Auraiya District-Auraiya. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
