¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 06.04.2021 registered as Case Crime No.141 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station-Dibai District-Bulandshahar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
