¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take action and decide the application against the respondent no. 3 to 7 submitted by petitioner before him on 21.12.2022 in accordance with law within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the private respondents Nos. 3 to 7 have encroached upon over the bhumidhari land of the petitioner and in this regard, the petitioner has moved a representation, the same is pending consideration.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that from perusal of the prayer as well as the representation, it is clear that the petitioner has a dispute with private individuals, which cannot be gone into by this Court in writ proceedings. It has been further pointed out that petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of unauthorized possession over his bhumidhari land.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
