¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2This bail application has been moved to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 624 of 2016, under sections 147 148, 149, 307, 120-B, 326, 34, 420 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

¶3This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh, J. vide order dated 30.05.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 54775 of 2019 and the trial was directed to be completed within one year.

¶4On a pointed query to the learned counsel for the applicant as to when the order of this Court dated 30.05.2020 was filed before the trial court, learned counsel for the applicant could not give any reply in respect of the same.
