¶1Heard Sri Shashi Bhushan Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 04.02.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 89 of 2023, under Sections 323 and 376 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali City, District Bijnor. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that charge sheet has been submitted and the petition has become infructuous.
