¶2Learned AGA is present for the State Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 07.09.2021 registered as Case Crime No.244 of 2021, under Section 216 IPC and Section 3/25 Arms Act Police Station-Gopiganj, District-Bhadohi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
