¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 15.01.2022 registered as Case Crime No.0016 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Handia District-Prayagraj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.
