¶2Learned AGA is present for the State Respondents.

¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 13.07.2017, registered as Case Crime No.752 of 2017, under Sections 419, 320, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station-Cant. District-Gorakhpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
