¶1Prima facie, this petition appears to be a second petition. This first petition being CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 14721 of 2023 is filed by petitioner-Gaurav Singh @ Raja, who is also one of the petitioner in this petition. This petition is also filed for the same cause of action, therefore, it is not maintainable.

¶2None has appeared to press the writ petition.

¶3The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
