¶1Heard Sri Ritukar Gupta, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Pradeep Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 17.01.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0039 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Karvi Kotwali, District Chitrakoot.

¶3Learned counsel for the informant has produced before this Court photocopy of certified copy of the charge-sheet no. 379 of 2023 forwarded on 06.08.2023 and submitted that the petition has become infructuous. .
