¶2None is present on behalf of the revisionist. Learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶3This criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 08.08.1990 passed by District & Sessions Judge, Allahabad in Criminal Appeal No. 28 of 1990 (Roshan Lal Mishra vs. State of U.P.) for dismissing the appeal preferred against the judgment and order dated 31.03.1990 in Case No. 572 of 1990 passed by A.C.J.M., Allahabad convicting the revisionist under Section 279 I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo three months rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 500/- and under Section 338 I.P.C. sentencing him to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 1,000/-, in default undergo three months rigorous imprisonment.

¶4As per the letter dated 04.11.2023 of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj we find that revisionist has died and also no near relative of the appellant has filed any application for continuing the revision.
