¶1Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Anshul Nigam, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents no.1 to 4 and Sri Lalta Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent no.5.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties to the writ petition have now settled their dispute outside the Court and have filed their compromise before the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, Azamgarh and as such they do not want to press the instant petition anymore and therefore prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3On the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
