01.07.1982 died on 19.06.2008. The writ petitioner claims that death-cum-gratuity has not been paid to her. He seeks to rely upon the decision to Writ A No.16354 of 2023 (Smt. Premsheela Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others) decided on 13.10.2023. Learned Standing counsel on the other hand submits that let the writ petitioner represent the cause before third respondent, Deputy Director (Secondary Education) Region Azamgarh who shall address to the claim. He does not propose to file any response to the writ petition. Considering the submission of the rival parties stand taken by them writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the third respondent raising her claim which shall be considered within a period of three months after putting to notice to the institution where the husband of the writ petitioner claims to have worked.
