Applicant being accused has approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of the proceedings of Compliant Case No. 14441 of 2023, titled Aradhya Enterprises VS. M/S J.K. Electronics, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi as well as the summoning order dated 29.9.2023 passed by Presiding OfÏcer, Additional Court, Jhansi. When confronted with the maintainability of the application, in view of the availability of alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order issuing process against the applicant, learned counsel for applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the court of sessions.
