25.08.2023 under Section 65 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before respondent no.3 is still pending to be adjudicated finally. The instant matter has been instituted for seeking relief against the action carried out by the responding authority by way of approaching parcel of the plot pertains to the petitioners for construction of residential accommodation for police personnel. Be that as it may, respondent no.3 is hereby directed to decide prayer made under Section 65 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 at the behest of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of the order after due providing due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
