List has been revised. No one is present on behalf of the applicant to press the contempt application. Shri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi, counsel for the opposite party is present. He has invited the attention of the Court to para 11 of the compliance affidavit, wherein it has been specifically stated that the applicants have been releaved from the U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban) on 18.10.2021 much prior to the passing of the order dated
24.11.2021 by the Writ Court. They have neither been permitted to join again nor they are working with the department. He has placed before the court an instruction received by the department, according to which it appears that the applicant had already joined with Jal Sansthan, Prayagraj. As the applicants were already releaved much before the passing of the interim order, the contempt application is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
