¶1The petitioner states that he has filed the instant petition in public interest, being a resident of District Bulandshahr. However, disclosure of antecedents of the petitioner, as stipulated under Chapter XXII Rule 1(3-A) of the Allahabad High Court Rules, has not been made.

¶2Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition and to file a fresh petition, after complying with the provisions of Chapter XXII Rule 1(3-A) of the Allahabad High Court Rules.
