¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3.8.2023 wherein he had requested the Authority to carve out twelve meters wide rasta in front of his plot.

¶2Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that the prayer of the petitioner will be considered by respondent no.2 in accordance with law.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that respondent no.2 will consider and decide the representation dated
