By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide/ adjudicate the application filed by the petitioner dated 11.4.2023 within specific time frame period as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the case.

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to pay arrears of honorarium to the petitioner for the period December, 2001 to 2008 and for the month January, March and April 2015, for the period September 2016 to August, 2021 alongwith interest." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 vide representation dated 11.04.2023. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her representation dated 11.04.2023 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add that the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
