The petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.11.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 708 of 2023, u/s 323, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Najibabad, District Bijnor. It is contended by learned counsel for the parties that they have settled their differences outside the court and a compromise has entered between them which has been reduced in writing. Counsel for the parties are directed to produce the alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer who shall examine the same and proceed in accordance with law.
