This writ petition has been filed with the sole prayer for seeking direction upon Industrial Tribunal, U.P., Allahabad for expediting the Adjudication Case No. 20 of 2017 pending before it. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the matter is being disposed of at admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to make serious endeavour to decide the Adjudication Case No. 20 of 2017, if there are no legal impediments and after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
