¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Agra to decide the Case No. 25 of 2011 (State Vs. Brahma and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 815 of 2009, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B, 471 IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the present case, applicant is the first informant and charges against the accused persons have been framed on

23.06.2010 and 08.09.2016 respectively, however despite lapse of several years, the trial has been progressing at a snail pace and has been pending disposal and the same has not yet been concluded.

¶4In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in concluding the aforesaid trial.
