¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2.Petitioner claims to have not been paid 40 per cent of the pension amount, even though he has retired on 31.10.2022 and has been receiving reduced pension on account of wrong computation of pension done by the department. With regard to the same, petitioner has also made a representation before the respondent no.2 on 27.10.2023 but the same has not been paid heed to.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2, namely, Superintended of Police, Mahoba to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 27.10.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
