¶1Aggrieved by the fact that the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 was not decided, the petitioner has approached this Court.

¶2On 30.10.2023, we had requested the learned Chief Standing Counsel to take instructions in the matter. Today, learned counsel appearing for the State has informed that he had only written to the State Authority but no instruction has been received.

¶3Under such circumstances, we have no other options but to direct the respondent no. 2 to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner bearing no. Securitisation Application No. 3209 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order..
