¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order dated

27.08.2019 passed by respondent no.4 cancelling the allotment letter dated

30.03.2011 in respect of institutional plot no. C-35, Block -C, Sector 153, Noida.

¶2The case of the petitioner is that the impugned order was not served on the petitioner and the petitioner came to know of it very recently. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the entire defaulted amount along with interest as soon as the exact amount payable by the petitioner is intimated by Noida to the petitioner.

¶3Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-NOIDA Authority submits that it is open to the petitioner to file application for restoration of allotment and in which event, the same will be disposed of in accordance with law.

¶4In our opinion, this will subserve the ends of justice.

¶5Accordingly, we permit the petitioner to move appropriate application for restoration of the allotment order along with true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today. The NOIDA Authority will process the application and intimate the amount payable by the petitioner for restoration of allotment order within next four weeks.
