¶1This petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to get an inquiry conducted in the matter by CB CID or any high level investigating agency.

¶2According to the petitioner, his son has gone missing and there is a dispute with regard to manner in which the death has occurred.

¶3In the opinion of the Court, appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be to approach the Magistrate by filing an application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

¶4In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to issue any further direction in the matter.
