¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 26.09.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer Judicial Tehsil Manjhanpur District Kaushambi in case no. RST/266/197/346/2013-2014 Computer Case No. T201702420303694 (Lal Bahadur and others Vs. Raj Rani and others) under section 144 of Revenue Code 2006."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal of the order impugned.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
