¶1Impugned FIR is challenged on the ground that the deceased died a natural death due to illness.

¶2Learned AGA points out that the investigation has already concluded with submission of a closure report on 20.11.2023.

¶3It appears that the issue is pending at the level of the concerned Magistrate for acceptance of closure report. No prejudice is caused to the petitioner at this stage, particularly, when a closure report has been submitted.
