¶1This writ petition has been filed for a direction that the application No.360 of 2023 (Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. vs. Moolchand Nayak) under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the respondent no.3 be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the application expeditiously.

¶3Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the application filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent no.3 within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
