¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the D.M./Collector, Mainpuri to take appropriate action/decision in terms of Section 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on the Statutory representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 within stipulated period."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that there appears to be dispute between the petitioner and private respondent and the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute in the garb of deciding the representation made by the petitioner.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before appropriate authority under Section 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in case, the petitioner has been dispossessed from the land allotted to him.
