¶1List has been revised. No one has appeared for the petitioner.

¶2From the record, we find that on 6.9.2023 this Court in Writ-C No.30473 of 2023 had fixed installments so that the petitioner could pay off the loan in easy installments.

¶3Further we find that the prayer made in the instant writ petition is to the effect that in the order passed in Writ-C No.30473 of 2023 a modification was required.

¶4Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank also informs that installments have also not been paid.
