This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No.0736 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act,1986 Police Station-Kasganj, District -Etah. We have perused the F.I.R. and also seen the gang-chart, as per which petitioner is implicated in several cases. Prima facie, allegations with regard to commissioning of cognizable offence is clearly disclosed. As such petitioner's defence that he is merely an agent of the company which is accused of having siphoned off the public money need not be examined by this Court at this stage.
