The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to allot fair price shop of Gram Sabha Malik Husainpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh to the petitioner, and with further prayer to call for the records and to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2023. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the procedure of taking all the affidavits has already been completed and the allotment of fair price shop of Gram Sabha Malik Husainpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh, shall be made at the earliest. In view of above, with the consent of parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take final decision and inform about the same.
